Toni Marinucci is a Registered Dietitian, nutrition expert, online health coach, and business owner of Diet Tips With Toni Marinucci, MS, RD, LLC. who strives to help you get healthy one bite at a time. She graduated with her Masters Degree in Nutrition from SUNY College at Oneonta in 2013 and has been a health and wellness blogger for almost 10 years. Her podcast, The Tips With Toni podcast, discusses hot topics about nutrition, lifestyle, and healthy behavior change.
Olof Dallner is a PhD in Molecular Physiology and has 10 years of research experience in the Molecular Genetics of feeding behavior, metabolism, and obesity. He is also a Level I USAT certified triathlon coach and has worked with numerous athletes to succeed in Ironman triathlons. As a geneticist and coach, Olof is passionate about conveying the importance of understanding the interplay of genes, environment and nutrition for humans to excel.

Timothy is the man with a plan at DIEMlife. Actually he's the man with a Plan A and a ton of Plan B's to ensure you stay on course. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems and Computer Science from the University at Albany.
Yoo-Sun's unique approach of applying movement theories from her Juilliard training to her studio and private clients has made her one of the most sought after coaches in the country. She is an ACE and Mobility|WOD certified movement professional with over 10 years of fitness coaching experience. A teacher at heart, she has helped create programs and lead trainings for various modalities.

Why DIEMlife Nutrition?
There will forever be changing fads in diet and exercise but the one thing that is constant is the growing knowledge of the human body. This program focuses on helping you build the behaviors your body needs to get the results you’re looking for. You’ll gain an understanding of your body on a nutritional, genetic, and movement level. What does the program entail?
All members will get monthly lessons by video and blog. Throughout the year-long program you'll learn about the behaviors that lead to a healthy life for your specific gene makeup. If you master these you'll feel confident and in charge of your genetic destiny. This twelve month program brings together knowledge from experts in nutrition, genetics, movement, and mindset. Members of the program will have regular access to these experts. Each week, new online educational materials address trending topics including fads and little known facts in relation to each of these behaviors. You also get access to weekly workouts and challenges that can be added as supplements to your existing routine.
Why nutrition, genetics, movement, and mindset?
It’s important to us that your goals are met and that you shouldn’t need to be dependent on other programs in the future. That’s why this program takes a more holistic approach that doesn’t just favor the genetically inclined. Adages like "six-packs are made in the kitchen" aren’t good enough. Through nutrition, genetics, movement, and mindset, we aim to know why, how, the exceptions to the rule, and if sayings like this really apply to every body.
What results can I expect?
By the end of the program, you’ll have made significant and long lasting progress on your goals you can see and feel. Most importantly, you'll gain an understanding of key behaviors you can use for life. You’ll be able to break down and digest buzzwords, articles, and fads faster and with more confidence, saving yourself time, energy, resources, and mistakes.

We’ll give you the knowledge you need to create a plan that works for your body. You’ll get guidelines on what works best for your goals.
What if I can’t attend the live events in person?
We stream our events and Q&A sessions online so you can join from wherever you are.
What do I need to do to access the program?
You’ll use the DIEMlife platform to register for the program and get all program content and support in your DIEMlife Nutrition Quest. Being part of the program’s Quest will help you track your progress and engage with like-minded members.
